Nicholas Sharp
Nick is a solicitor with clients in business and the arts. He has advised many artists and visual arts organisations, and has written a series of model Visual Arts contracts published by a-n The Artists’ Information Company, of which he has been a director since 1990. Since 2006, he has been a consultant to media and entertainment law firm Swan Turton. He has been actively involved in all the organisation’s activities since its launch, and has been principal executive director since 2004.
Sally Townsend
Before setting up The Multiple Store in 1998, Sally was an editor who specialised in the arts and worked on the New Statesman, the Guardian’s Europe section, the Women’s Art Magazine and the Independent. She now works in Adult Education. Sally was previously the organisation’s full-time Director but in the future will manage commissioning and production.
Marc Haynes
Marc Haynes became a non-executive director in 2007. Now a consultant for Greenwich Associates, he was formerly a senior executive at Friends Provident, the FTSE-100 financial services firm. Marc brings valuable commercial and marketing experience to The Multiple Store.
